Religious and political parties misuse Islam: PM
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that unfortunately religious and political parties in the country are misusing Islam.
Addressing the ground breaking ceremony of Margalla Highway in Islamabad, the Prime Minister said that this country was built in the name of Islam, we all love the Holy Prophet, I am the Holy Prophet among the people of our country. I have not seen love in any country. Don’t we suffer when our Prophet’s honor is insulted? Has anyone torn anyone’s heart to see who loves the Prophet more? Unfortunately, religious and political parties in our country misuse Islam, these parties use Islam and harm the country.
The Prime Minister said that some western countries hurt the heart of the Muslim world, demonstrations and vandalism in their own country will not make any difference to the western countries, but someone will continue to do this ugly thing there.
I assure you that we will run a campaign together with other countries of the world. At some point, people in the western countries will also be intimidated by insulting the glory of the Holy Prophet. To this end, we are bringing together world leaders and raising our voices in various forums.
