Sessions Court, three armed suspects arrested
Three accused were arrested with weapons from outside the Sessions Court. The accused were arrested in front of the Judges Gate. Two 223 bore rifles and three 9mm pistols were recovered from the possession of the accused.
According to details, Sessions Courts Inspector in charge of security Mubashir Awan carried out a major operation. Three accused were arrested with weapons from outside the Sessions Court. Police arrested Mohammad Amjad, Mohammad Irfan and Talha, said Inspector Mubashir Awan. Two 223 bore rifles and three 9mm pistols were recovered from the possession of the accused. Police also seized more than 200 bullets from the possession of the accused
Inspector Mubashir Awan said that the accused were arrested from near the Sessions Court gate. The accused will not be allowed to bring arms in the courts. We will ensure protection of life and property. The accused have been shifted to Islampura police station for further investigation. The accused were present outside the Sessions Court in double cap.
