- Application forms sent via postal or courier services may arrive late, but PTS will not be held liable for such delays.
- Application forms that are not properly completed, incomplete without a paid copy of the deposit slip, or that are manually submitted with the notation “hand written post where option for selection of post is already available” will not be accepted.
- The sum deposited is neither transferrable or refundable.
- Within 15 days of this advertisement’s publication is the deadline for submitting an application.
- Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted and will not be eligible.
