ISLAMABAD: The number of active cases of global epidemic Corona in the country has come down to only 9,031 while 450 new cases have been reported in the last 24 hours.
According to the NCOC, there have been nine more deaths from the corona epidemic in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths across the country to 6,255. The number of corona patients in Sindh has risen to 128,456, followed by Punjab with 96,391, KP with 35,796, Balochistan with 12,560, Islamabad with 15,531, Azad Jammu and Kashmir with 2,257 and Gilgit-Baltistan with 2,720. Infected with the disease.
In the last 24 hours, 24,231 tests have been done, so far 2,487,744 tests have been done across the country. The number of coronaventilators in the hospitals is 1920 out of which 1,128 patients are on ventilator and 735 hospitals have facilities for corona patients.
According to the National Command and Center, 450 new cases of corona have been reported in the last 24 hours, bringing the total number of corona cases nationwide to 293,711. The number of active cases is 9,031 and the number of patients recovering is 278,425.
