LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Jahangir Tareen has said that the Prime Minister has assured his friends that he will look into the matter himself.Speaking to the media on the occasion of his court appearance in Lahore, Jahangir Tareen said, “I am not afraid of extortion. I want justice. I am not running away from the cases but I am facing the courts. No, millions of documents have been given. We have never said to close the case, we want a full investigation so that the public can see that we are well served.Jahangir Tareen said that my case is not criminal, FIA has no role in it as it is a business matter which is related to SECPC, no use of national exchequer was made in I.
He had no contact with PML-N and PPP. He has the support of many people from PTI. My friends had a meeting with the Prime Minister which has been good. Our people have been open with the Prime Minister. Talking to him and informing him of his concerns, the Prime Minister assured that he would look into the matter himself and said that justice should be done. So I hope Ali Zafar will take a good look and tell the Prime Minister.Regarding Shah Mehmood’s statement, Jahangir Tareen said, “I will not talk about it.
