The Prime Minister refused to accept the resignation of Asim Saleem Bajwa
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has refused to accept the resignation of Special Assistant for Information Asim Saleem Bajwa.
According to Express News, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Information Lieutenant General (retd) Asim Saleem Bajwa called on Prime Minister Imran Khan today and offered him his resignation, which Imran Khan refused to accept.
Prime Minister Imran Khan directed Lt Gen (retd) Asim Saleem Bajwa to continue his work as Special Assistant and said that he was satisfied with the evidence and explanation presented by Asim Saleem Bajwa.
It may be recalled that Chairman C-Pac Authority and Assistant Special Information Lieutenant General (retd) Asim Saleem Bajwa had decided to resign from one of his posts
