General Instructions:
- Applicants who are currently employed by a government, semi-government, or autonomous body must apply by the deadline through the appropriate method.
- All government workers who want to apply for jobs must confirm with the heads of the departments they are applying to that there are no outstanding debts or pending inquiries against them. The departmental approval certificate, also known as the No Objection Certificate (NOC), cannot be granted without certain prerequisites met.
- Regular appointments will be made, and candidates will be chosen in compliance with the policies and guidelines of the Shaikh Zayed Postgraduate Medical Institute in Lahore.
- Experience working for the government will only be acknowledged if the certificate is provided by the relevant hiring authority or another person with the necessary authority.
- When determining a candidate’s eligibility for a position, experience may be necessary; nevertheless, the candidate must provide documentation to back up their claims.
- There will be no consideration or counting of experience gained via part-time, honorary, apprentice, intern, visiting faculty, or daily wage appointments.
- The Punjab government’s policy will govern any relaxation of the upper age limit. The Punjabi government’s policy regarding the quota for women, non-muslims, and those with special talents will be followed.
- Only those who have been shortlisted will be contacted for interviews.
- The University retains the right to remove or cancel the advertisement, fill any open positions, and refuse to schedule an appointment for any position that has been posted without providing a reason.
- The University retains the right to administer any screening exams in order to narrow down the applicant pool.
- Applications must be submitted online by Monday, July 15, 2024, and must be received by the University of Chakwal’s Office of the Registrar at Main Campus, Talagang Road, Chakwal, during business hours.
- Applications that are incomplete or those are received after the deadline (despite having been uploaded earlier) will not be accepted.
- Candidates who reside in Punjab will be considered for appointments other than academics.(REGISTRAR)

How to Apply for Chakwal University Jobs:
- Candidates must apply online at uor.edu.pk, the link to the UoC website https://uoc.edu.pk/jobs.html. For the posts of Professor and Associate Professor, candidates must submit six sets of dossiers; for all other posts, they must submit one set of dossier, along with an original, paid system-generated fee challan and an online application that has been properly signed.
- Together with attested copies of their CNIC, proof of residence, degrees, result cards, transcripts, experience certificates, and the first page of each publication displaying the journal name, author list, etc., candidates must also send a thorough CV (ideally printed on two sides of paper).
- It is necessary for candidates applying for positions (Professor, Associate Professor) to send a soft copy of their dossier in PDF format to [email protected] via email.
- Foreign degree holders must submit their application form with an equivalency certificate issued by the IBCC or HEC, as applicable.
- Applications need to be submitted with a processing fee (non-refundable) paid at any Bank of Punjab branch. For the positions of BS-20 and BS-21, the payment is Rs. 5,000; for the postings of BS-18 and BS-19, it is Rs. 3,000. However, there is no processing cost for UoC workers.
- Candidates must submit separate, completed application forms for each post they wish to apply for, together with separate fee challans for the necessary amount.
