WAPDA has a Paid Internship Programme which will be very much available nationwide and especially. When talking of fresh graduates who are looking for professional experience and developing a strong portfolio. This Programme is conceived for young talent to work with highly qualified professionals. develop workplace skills, learn professional ethics in a dynamic environment. and gain work experience from one of the most reputed organizations of Pakistan. Male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
To be eligible, applicants must be fresh or recent graduates whose degrees were awarded not more than 3 years prior to application. The maximum age limit. Is set at 26 years, and candidates must have a minimum CGPA of 2.8. The internships offered are multidisciplinary, therefore include areas such as Electrical/Electronic .Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Computer Sciences and Information Technology. Finance and Accounting, Human Resource Management, and Mass Communication. The internship duration is 8 weeks (2 months), and the monthly stipend is 20,000 Pak Rupees.
WAPDA Paid Internship Program 2025
The number of interns selected for this program shall total up to 50. The allocation of seats includes the Open Quota. Which accounts for 40% (20 seats). whereas the remaining 60% will fall under the Provincial Quota (30 seats). This means 6 seats each from Punjab, Sindh, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and 3 seats for Gilgit Baltistan, Balochistan, Azad Kashmir, and Ex FATA.
Eligible candidates who meet the specified criteria are encouraged to apply online. Applicants shall require to submit all academic documents, a copy of their CNIC, domicile, CV, and two latest passport-size photographs.
