Zardari meets Shahbaz Decision to jointly resist NAB
KARACHI: Opposition leader Shahbaz Sharif has called on former president Asif Ali Zardari and PPP co-chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari in which the two leaders decided to jointly resist the NAB’s actions.
According to Express News, PML-N President Shahbaz Sharif and PPP Central Leader met former President Asif Ali Zardari at Bilawal House Karachi in which it was decided that both the parties would jointly resist the recent arrests and NAB operations.
Besides, the PML-N leaders also suggested liaising with all like-minded parties in Parliament. On this occasion, it was also decided to announce the date of APC in consultation with all the opposition parties.
The PPP delegation also included Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah and PPP Sindh President Nisar, Farhatullah Babar, Naveed Qamar, Waqar Mehdi and Aajez Dhamra. Ahsan Iqbal, Zubair Ahmed, Rana Mashhood and Shah Muhammad Shah attended the meeting.
