- Candidates are provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. Detailed scrutiny is done by the appointing authority, and anyone found ineligible at any stage is disqualified.
- Create a profile on the ETEA website. Before applying or depositing the fee, print the E-Sahulat token and get your CNIC verified at a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (kiosk). Without this verification you cannot apply for any post.
- Employees are placed at the appropriate level as per the approved salary structure (grading) at MTI-KTH.
