Who Can Apply (Eligibility)
- The candidate must be a practicing Advocate of the High Court.
- Experience of contesting criminal cases, especially Narcotics cases and Assets / Money Laundering cases in Trial Courts, Anti-Smuggling Court, High Court and Appellate Courts.
- The candidate must be a member of any Bar Association in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- A citizen of Pakistan resident of / settled at Peshawar, with no political affiliation, not involved in any misconduct or criminal case, not dismissed from government service and not declared an insolvent.
Terms of Contract
- Monthly retainer-ship fee is negotiable up to Rs 110,000/- (inclusive of taxes) and may increase up to 10% depending on the performance of the SPP or otherwise.
- During the contract the Special Prosecutor cannot appear as defence counsel in any court in narcotics-related cases of any law enforcement agency.
- Interviews will be held at Regional Directorate ANF KP, Peshawar. No TA/DA will be admissible.
- Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
