- BS in Computer Science / Electronics / Communication / IT with at least 2nd Division and 5 years of experience in managing IT support operations in a large organization;
- OR Intermediate with 10 years of experience in managing IT support operations in a large organization.
- Candidates with one or more relevant professional certifications such as ITIL, MCSE, CCNA will be given preference.
- Experience in monitoring, managing and providing technical support for IT systems and networks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
