- The employment is purely on a contract basis, initially for a period of one (01) year, extendable on a yearly basis till the project life/completion, subject to satisfactory performance and as per the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Project Implementation Policy 2022; no claim for regular employment upon project completion shall be entertained.
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. However, detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the Scrutiny Committee, and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she shall be disqualified by the Competent Authority.
- All candidates are required to create a profile on ETEA's website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA's website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.
- Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only. Candidates will be required to submit verified photocopies of educational documents before the interview; however, original documents will be checked at the time of interview.
- For interview, shortlisted candidates will be informed via SMS/phone call, therefore all the applicants are required to provide a valid mobile number, otherwise candidates will be responsible.
- Experience from government or semi-government institutions duly verified by the head of the concerned institution will be acceptable only.
- Screening of candidates will be based on a test prescribed and conducted by ETEA.
- Candidates must fulfill all eligibility criteria on or before the closing date for applications.
- Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
- Age relaxation will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.
- Candidates currently working in Government/Semi-Government organizations must apply through the proper channel (NOC will be required at the time of interview).
- Candidates intending to apply for more than one post must apply separately for each post and deposit a separate fee for each.
- The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies or cancel the recruitment process by assigning a cogent reason.
- The duties and responsibilities of the selected candidates will be as per approved PC-1 and they will perform their duties in the Project Management Unit (PMU) District Mansehra. No transfer request to other districts will be entertained at any stage.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.
- In case of foreign degree(s), equivalency certificates from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided.
- Errors and omissions in the number of posts or other details are subject to rectification.

- Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through the EasyPaisa app or Agent, or at any branch of UBL Bank, or via UBL OMNI agent.
- After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
- After applying online, don't send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office; copies of testimonials/documents will, however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.

- Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed not to give ported/converted mobile numbers.
