Total = 19 posts (3 District Monitoring Officers + 3 Internal Audit Officers + 13 single posts). The official portal lists 14 vacancies because it shows the two Treatment Coordinator posts (GB site and PIMS) as one entry, and it does not print a post count for Program Officer; the newspaper ad shows 1.

Core duties in short. The ad lists duties for every post. A few examples: the District Monitoring Officer supervises malaria case management, LLIN distribution and IRS activities, and reports through DHIS-2/LMIS; the Pharmacist manages and dispenses drug-resistant TB (DR-TB) medicines; the Nurse gives HIV/ART clinical care and adherence support; Treatment Coordinators coordinate DR-TB patient treatment and report on the e-TB Manager; the Internal Audit Officer works with Global Fund financial and procurement policy; the HR Manager needs knowledge of Global Fund HR and administrative policy. Read the full duties on the portal before you apply.

Who Can Apply

You can apply if you:

  • meet the qualification, experience and maximum age for the exact post (see table), with an HEC-recognised degree;
  • are ready to work on contract (these are not permanent government posts);
  • for District Monitoring Officer: can travel extensively inside the assigned district (Mohmand / Kurram / Orakzai);
  • are a government employee who will apply through proper channel (get your department’s NOC).

The ad does not say whether applicants must hold a particular domicile, and it does not give an age relaxation rule. The portal’s “Domicile” column was blank for the posts we saw. Ask the HR office (051-9255387) if this matters for you.

What the Official Portal Showed on 25 October 2026

We opened the portal the same day the ad was published. It listed 14 vacancies, all with the last date 08 Nov 2026, and the same maximum ages as the newspaper (35 years for District Monitoring Officer, Nurse and Treatment Coordinator; 50 years for the others). The portal states in plain words that only applications applied online will be accepted. The portal shows no salary for any post.

What the Ad Does Not Say

Salary. Only grades (M-1 to M-4) are printed, with no rupee figure. Place of posting. It is clear only for some posts (Gilgit-Baltistan, AJ&K, PIMS Islamabad, and the three districts for monitoring officers). Contract length and renewal terms are not stated. Domicile and age relaxation are not mentioned. Treat any number you hear about salaries from other websites as unconfirmed until NTP states it.

Karna / Nahi Karna: Do and Don’t

✅ Karna (Do)

  • Choose the one post that matches your degree and years of experience exactly; the experience is counted after the degree.
  • Apply early (not on 8 November): portals get slow near the deadline.
  • Government employees: get your NOC before you apply.
  • Keep scanned documents clear and the file sizes small.

❌ Nahi karna (Don’t)

  • Do not pay anyone for “selection”: the ad mentions no fee and no agent.
  • Do not send papers by post or courier: only online applications are accepted.
  • Do not apply for a post whose degree or experience you do not meet; HEC recognition is required.
  • Do not share your portal password with anyone.
