1. Director (Human Resource)
- Qualification: Master’s in Business Administration or Management from an HEC-recognised university. Higher qualification in a relevant field is preferred.

2. Managing Editor
- Qualification: PhD or M.Phil, preferably in Community Medicine, with a basic MBBS degree from an HEC-recognised institution. Higher qualification preferred.
- Experience: minimum 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, including 5 to 7 years in academic management in a reputed public, private or autonomous, national or international organisation.
- Experience as Managing Editor of a peer-reviewed multidisciplinary journal is preferred.
- Minimum 10 to 15 publications in peer-reviewed national and international journals, and proven experience as a reviewer of journals and research grant applications.
3. Assistant Director (Administration)
- Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s (or equivalent), preferably in Management or Administration, from an HEC-recognised institution. Must be computer-savvy.
- Experience: minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience, including 5 years in general administration, management, transportation, store and office administration in reputed public or private organisations.
- University or academic administration experience is an added preference. Knowledge of government rules including PPRA, and strong communication skills.
4. Audit Officer
- Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance or Commerce from an HEC-recognised institution. Computer-savvy.
- Experience: minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 to 3 years in audit and taxation, financial management and inspections in public or private organisations (national and international).
