Qualification / Requirements by Post

  • Assistant Director (IT): Master's degree (16 years) in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or equivalent/relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university, with at least 5 years of post-qualification professional experience in software development, preferably in a public sector organization, government department or reputable private-sector organization. Must have practical experience designing, developing and implementing software systems/applications, with sound knowledge of Microsoft .NET technologies, databases and system integration. Preference to candidates with proven experience leading software development teams or major IT/software projects.
  • Data Processing Officer: 16 years of education in Computer Science/IT or related discipline (2nd division) from an HEC-recognized university, with 3 years of post-qualification experience in related discipline across public/private sectors.
  • Network Technician: BS/MSc (16 years, 2nd division) in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field from a local HEC-recognized university, with 3 years of post-qualification experience designing, implementing and managing complex network infrastructures.
  • Law Officer: LLB degree or equivalent, minimum 2nd division, from an HEC-recognized university, with 5 years' practice as an Advocate in High Court, including preparation of pleadings, submissions and legal documentation, managing court processes, and drafting legal opinions and memoranda. Proficient in MS Office or compatible applications.
  • Assistant/Legal Assistant: LLB degree (2nd division) or related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution, with 3 years' experience supporting preparation of court documents, pleadings, legal correspondence and case diary/records.
  • Law Internee: LLB degree from an HEC-recognized institution. Preference to fresh graduates and candidates with interest in litigation and legal drafting.
  • IT Internee: Master's degree in Computer Science/IT from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Media Internee: BBA/MA or 16 years of education in any discipline from an HEC-recognized institution. Preference to candidates with experience in social media handling.
  • Stenographer: Intermediate (2nd division) from a recognized Board/Institution. Shorthand speed of 70 WPM and English typing speed of 35 WPM.
  • Junior Computer Operator: Intermediate (2nd division) from a recognized Board. English typing 40 WPM and Urdu typing 25 WPM.
  • Junior Clerk: Intermediate (2nd division) from a recognized Board. English typing 40 WPM.
  • Driver: Matric from a recognized institution. Must possess a valid LTV/HTV driving licence, sound knowledge of traffic rules and road safety regulations, and be medically fit with good eyesight and overall health.
  • Naib Qasid / Chowkidar: Middle pass from a recognized school or registered Board.
  • Sanitary Worker / Sweeper: Qualification — Literate. Preference given to female candidates for Sweeper.
  • Cook Cum Khansama: Qualification — Literate. Preference given to female candidates.
  • Caretaker: Matric from a recognized institution. Preference given to female candidates.
