General Information & Submission Rules
- Shortlisting Framework: Only shortlisted candidates dynamically qualifying the educational parameters will be contacted to appear in the official Test / Interview rounds. No TA/DA will be admissible.
- Application Materials: Applicants must fill out the formal form and submit hard copies along with a detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) and verified, attested copies of academic credentials/testimonials. Two latest passport-sized photographs must also be attached.
- Processing Fee Details: A processing fee must be submitted via the original University Challan Form deposited under the Head of Account “Collection” at HBL Account No. 00427991777803 (University of Sargodha). The fee structure is:
- Rs. 1,000/- for posts falling in BS-11 & BS-14.
- Rs. 500/- for other basic pay scales.
- Note: Demand Drafts, Pay Orders, or Postal Orders are strictly unacceptable.
- Government Personnel: Candidates already in government, semi-government, or autonomous body service must formally route their applications through the proper channel accompanied by an institutional NOC.
- Contract Conditions: The initial appointment period spans three (3) years, which can be extended yearly for an additional 2 years based on performance satisfaction. Contract employees cannot claim regularization or transfer parameters.
How to Apply Step-by-Step
- Go to the official website of the university at www.su.edu.pk and download the prescribed application form along with the bank challan.
- Deposit the required non-refundable application processing fee (Rs. 1000 or Rs. 500 depending on the scale) at any Habib Bank Limited (HBL) branch using the designated account details provided above.
- Accurately fill out the application layout. If applying for multiple posts, a completely separate application set along with a separate fee challan must be processed.
- Affix two passport-size photos and attach attested educational certificates, experience letters, and the original bank deposit slip.
- Dispatch the complete hardcopy application packet via registered post/courier to the official administrative office before the closing deadline.
