CM Punjab Honhaar Scholarship Kya Hai?
Honhaar Scholarship Punjab Government ka undergraduate scholarship program hai jo Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) chalata hai. Is ka maqsad ye hai ke talented lekin kam aamdani wale ghar ke bachay paison ki wajah se university education na chhorein. PHEC ke SOPs ke mutabiq program ka target har saal 30,000 tak scholarships hai, aur ye BS (4 years), MBBS, BDS aur doosre approved degree programs ko 70 disciplines mein cover karta hai.
The scholarship covers tuition fees only. According to the official Terms & Conditions, it covers tuition and admission charges but not boarding, lodging, transport or refundable security, and the payment goes directly to the university or college. For partner federal-chartered and private universities, the SOPs say PHEC pays 50% of the educational expenses and the university covers the remaining 50%. The award runs for the length of your undergraduate degree (4 or 5 years), as long as you keep the required grades.

📜 Honhaar Scholarship Affidavit on E-Stamp
Income proof ke liye stamp paper par bayan-e-halfi (affidavit) lazmi hai, aur portal par “Affidavit on E-Stamp Required” likha hai. Official FAQ ke mutabiq kam az kam Rs 50 ka stamp paper chahiye; zyada tar students Rs 100 ka e-stamp banwate hain, jo safe option hai. Format ke liye official Sample Affidavit (Word file) download karein aur usi text ko e-stamp par print karwayein.
Affidavit mein ye cheezein honi chahiye:
- Student ka naam, walid ka naam, CNIC / B-Form number aur address

Punjab e-stamp kaise banwayein? Punjab mein stamp paper ab Board of Revenue ke e-Stamping system se bante hain (ye system PITB ne banaya hai). Kisi bhi licensed stamp vendor ya kachehri ke arzi navees ke paas jayein, apna CNIC dein aur “Affidavit” ke liye Rs 100 ka e-stamp maangein. System aap ke naam ka challan banata hai; designated bank mein payment ke baad e-stamp print ho jata hai, jis ki baad mein verification ho sakti hai. PHEC SOPs (Section 2.2.1) ke mutabiq scholarship har semester / year achay grades par hi chalti hai:
- Semester system (4.00 scale): 1st semester mein kam az kam 2.50 GPA aur overall 2.70 CGPA
- Semester system (5.00 scale): 1st semester mein 3.30 GPA aur overall 3.50 CGPA
- Annual system: kam az kam 60% marks

- Fine Arts, Architecture waghera: institute ke assessment ke mutabiq 60%
Pehli dafa grades kam aayein to institute warning deta hai; agle semester bhi kam rahein to us semester / year ki scholarship band ho jati hai, aur grades wapas pooray hone par dobara shuru hoti hai. University change karna allowed nahi, discipline change ke liye approval chahiye, aur program chhorne par li gayi raqam wapas karni par sakti hai.
