Two Headlines, One Ad: What We Noticed
1. Which office is hiring? The top of the ad names the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division (O&M), Tando Muhammad Khan, and the same name is signed at the bottom. But the second headline says the recruitment is “in the office of the Executive Engineer Tando Muhammad Khan Drainage Division @ T.M. Khan”. These are two different offices, and the ad does not explain the difference. It looks like a wording slip in the printed ad. We follow the letterhead and the signature (PHE Division O&M), and we ask you to confirm with the Deputy Commissioner’s office before you send your file.
2. Serial numbers start at 5. The table rows are numbered 5, 6 and 7, not 1, 2, 3. It may be a table copied from a longer list. We can only read the three posts printed here, and the ad says the total is 03.
3. “BS-01 to BS-04” but only BPS-01 posts. The heading covers BS-01 to BS-04, yet all three listed posts are BPS-01.

How to Apply: Step by Step
Choose Naib Qasid, Chowkidar or Lab Attendant. You must hold a Tando Muhammad Khan domicile and be 28 or younger (up to 33 if the 5-year relaxation applies to you).
The ad prints a form with these lines: Name of Post, CNIC Number of Applicant, Name of Applicant, Father / Husband Name, Date of Birth, Educational Qualification, Experience, Domicile of District, Postal Address, Cell / Contact Number, plus a box for photographs and “Signature of Applicant, dated”. Copy it neatly on a plain sheet, or print the ad and fill it by hand. See the sample below.
The form box says “Please paste recent two passport size photograph”. The ad’s terms also ask for two passport-size photographs. Paste one in the box and attach the second.
Attach attested copies of your CNIC, Domicile, PRC (permanent residence certificate), and educational and experience certificates (the ad says “if required”). Never send originals.
Sign and date the form. Write “Application for the post of ______” on the envelope. The ad does not require an envelope line, but it avoids mix-ups.
Courier it, or hand it in at the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Tando Muhammad Khan. Keep the receipt, or the tracking number.

- Official notice: on 4 November 2026 our search found no other site carrying this ad. The portal printed in the ad, iwork4sindh.com, loaded, but we could not find this vacancy on its jobs page. The Tando Muhammad Khan district and Sindh PHED websites did not load from our connection. The Dawn advertisement is our only source.
- Address and phone: the ad prints no street address, phone number or e-mail for the Deputy Commissioner’s office.
- Salary: only “BPS-01”, no amount. We quote none.
- “Middle Class person” for Naib Qasid most likely means Middle (Class 8) pass, but the ad does not define it.
- Age counting date, test date, test type: not printed.
- Fee: the ad mentions no fee or challan. Never pay an agent.
- Serial numbers 5 to 7: if the ad was part of a longer list, other posts may exist elsewhere. We can only report these 3.
