Reading notes: (1) For the ICU Consultant the ad prints a count of 1 but names two hospitals; the printed counts add up to 44 only with 1. (2) For the Ophthalmologist both lines say “KV Site”, so the exact hospital split is unclear. (3) The Gastroenterologist row has no posting place.
