You are eligible if you meet any one of these four routes. Every route needs a 1st Division in the final degree:

A 3-year DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineer) from a recognised polytechnic institute in Computer Technology / IT, with a 1st Division. Relevant experience is preferred.
3. Jr. Computer Operator, Islamabad or Karachi, about Rs 70,000
- Route (a): FSc / FA (1st Division) plus a 6-month course in Computer Application, with a typing speed of 10,000 key depressions per hour (KDPH)
- Route (b): FSc Computer Science (1st Division), again with 10,000 KDPH
What is 10,000 KDPH? It is a data-entry speed measure: 10,000 key presses per hour, roughly 170 per minute. The ad does not say how it is tested, so practise typing before the test and do not assume it is waived.

Use the Register button and enter your basic data. Use an email address and mobile number you check daily: the site says it will contact you by email, SMS or call.
Complete education, experience and other sections step by step. The site’s FAQ notes that “Check Eligibility” or “Apply” will stop you if your CV is not complete.
Open Jobs, choose the post that matches your qualification and select the station (Karachi only for Assistant Manager, Islamabad only for Computer Technician, either for Jr. Computer Operator).
Save your applicant details. The site advises making sure its emails are not going to your spam folder.
Who is the employer? The ad does not say
The advertisement is signed only by “Director (HRM)” and calls the employer “A Progressive Public Sector Organization”. The portal says the same and gives only the contact email info@techandresearch.com. Neither names a ministry, company or department, so we do not name one either. Some job websites guess an organisation; none of those guesses is confirmed by the ad or the portal.
