Height and fitness: male minimum 5 ft 4 in, female 5 ft. Weight as per BMI. The Physical Efficiency Test (PET) is: one mile in 8:30 minutes, 10 push-ups in 2 minutes, 10 sit-ups in 2 minutes and 2 chin-ups in 2 minutes. Married female SSC candidates must give an undertaking that she will not be in a family way at joining and during training.
M Cadet Scheme 12th Batch (MBBS Students)
The M Cadet criteria PDF says male and female citizens of Pakistan can apply:
- Who: students in the 4th or 5th year of MBBS on 1 July 2027 at government or special medical colleges recognised by PMDC.
- Marks: all previous years or semesters passed with at least 50% marks in the first attempt only.
- Age: up to 26 years on 1 July 2027. Unmarried.
- Height: male 5 ft 4 in, female 5 ft.
- Stipend: Rs 35,290 per month during cadetship, plus reimbursement of the expenditure incurred before joining, up to Rs 2,22,996 per year.
- Rank on completion: Surgeon Lieutenant. The cadet continues studying at the same medical college, then joins Pakistan Naval Academy for basic military training, and does the house job at PN Shifa.
- Bond: a minimum of 7 years of service from the end of basic training. If not commissioned on medical or other grounds, the cadet serves 7 years as a civilian medical practitioner.

Go to www.joinpaknavy.gov.pk. Use only this address. The ad also lists X @pnrectt and Facebook “Pakistan Navy Recruitment Online”.
Under Latest Advertisement, open SSC: View Criteria (or M Cadet: View Criteria) and check age, marks and height against your documents.
Open the registration form. Choose the advertisement, then your branch / category, your PNR&SC (selection centre) and the test date.
Upload your recent picture (PNG / JPG / JPEG) and enter your personal and educational details exactly as on your documents.
After submitting, download or save the registration slip. You can find it later from Registration Slips on the website. Keep it for the test.
Test dates and the selection centre come from the website and the centre. Check the site regularly before and after 22 November.

Selection Process
- Computer-based e-test in Intelligence and Academic subjects. A Practice Test link is on the official site.
- Only qualified, shortlisted candidates are called for the preliminary medical, PET and interview at the selection centre.
- Application forms for further formalities are issued only to those who pass the stage above.
- Test and interview at ISSB for non-medical branches; medical branch candidates do the personality test at their PNR&SC.
- Detailed medical at an authorised CMH or PNS SHIFA, final interview by the PN Selection Board, and final selection by Naval Headquarters on merit.
- Get your ears cleaned and teeth checked by a specialist before the medical, as the criteria advise.

- Rejected by ISSB / GHQ / NHQ / AHQ selection boards under the repeat-rejection rules in the PDF, or twice screened out by ISSB.
- Tested again within 120 days of a previous ISSB appearance (unless waived by the competent authority).
- Dismissed, removed or debarred from government service including the armed forces.
- Convicted of a heinous offence, declared permanently unfit by an Appeal / Medical Board, or medically unfit due to Hepatitis B or C.
- Withdrawn from a bonded armed-forces institution on disciplinary grounds, or withdrawn, discharged, resigned or purchased commission from an armed-forces academy.
- Anyone who tampers with certificates or hides facts becomes permanently ineligible for all commissions.
What Is Not Confirmed
- Number of seats per branch: not printed in the ad or the criteria PDFs.
- Test dates: not announced yet; the registration form lets you choose a centre and date.
- Salary: the ad gives no pay figure for SSC officers. Only the M Cadet stipend is published.
