Age Limit: Why the Ad Says 25 but NJP Says 35
The newspaper table prints 18 to 25 years for every post. The NJP pages show maximum 35 years and “Federal Age Relaxation Rules Applied”. The numbers match the ad’s own terms:

Honest note: NJP’s 35 is consistent with 25 + 5 + 5, so most candidates up to 35 should be able to apply. But we have not seen the official Establishment Division notification, and the ad’s wording is not a simple sum, so the final decision is the department’s. If you are close to 35, check your date of birth against the NJP age rule before applying. Also check whether you are asked to meet the age on the closing date.
Eligibility and Who Can Apply
- Domicile: valid Balochistan domicile (compulsory for all four posts).
- Security Guard (BPS-05): matric and ex-serviceman. A civilian with matric only does not meet the ad’s qualification.
- Daftry, Naib Qasid, Chowkidar: primary pass is enough.
- Government and autonomous-body employees: apply through proper channel and obtain an NOC from your department or organization (ad term 2).
- Skill relaxation: for posts up to BS-16 that need trainable skills such as typing, shorthand or basic computer, the ad allows a one-time relaxation at initial appointment if no candidate holds a certificate; proficiency is assessed before confirmation. These four posts do not need such skills as far as the ad shows.
- The department may increase or decrease vacancies, cancel the recruitment or reject any application (ad term 7).
