What this means for you: the new ad looks like a corrected version, but it does not say it cancels the first one. If you already sent your file to the Deputy Commissioner’s office, keep your courier receipt and also deliver a copy to the Executive Engineer’s office before 20 November, or phone the Executive Engineer’s office to confirm. We cannot confirm the office’s policy: neither ad prints a phone number.

How to Apply: Step by Step
Choose Naib Qasid, Chowkidar or Lab Attendant. You must hold a Tando Muhammad Khan domicile and be 28 or younger (up to 33 if the 5-year relaxation applies to you).
The ad prints a form with these lines: Name of Post, CNIC Number of Applicant, Name of Applicant, Father / Husband Name, Date of Birth, Educational Qualification, Experience, Domicile of District, Postal Address, Cell / Contact Number, a box for photographs and “Signature of Applicant, Dated”. Copy it neatly on a plain sheet, or print the ad and fill it by hand. See the sample below.
The form box says “Please paste recent two passport size photograph”. The terms also ask for two passport-size photographs. Paste one in the box and attach the second.
Attach attested copies of your CNIC, Domicile, PRC (permanent residence certificate), and educational and experience certificates (the ad says “if required”). Never send originals.
Sign and date the form. Write “Application for the post of ______” on the envelope to avoid mix-ups.
Courier it, or hand it in at the office of the Executive Engineer (O&M), near Sajawal Chowk grid station, Tando Muhammad Khan. Keep the receipt or tracking number.
