jobs.punjab.gov.pk is the only address named in the ad. Check the spelling: look-alike sites made by agents are common.
Click Register and enter a working email address, a password (twice) and the captcha. If you already have an account from an earlier Punjab Jobs application, use Login instead. Verify your email if the portal asks.
After login, fill your profile (CNIC, domicile, education, experience). Enter details exactly as on your documents and upload scans if asked. The page of each post lists what it needs.

- Punjab domicile: required, but the ad gives no detail on verification.

- Age relaxation: “as per notification of 08-08-2016”: the exact years are in that notification, not in the ad.
