Quick answer: The Staff Welfare Organization (SWO), Establishment Division, Government of Pakistan, has advertised 7 posts under the Balochistan quota: Instructor BPS-11 (1), Driver BPS-04 (2), Chowkidar BPS-01 (3) and Farash BPS-01 (1). You need a Balochistan domicile. Apply online on the National Job Portal (njp.gov.pk), then report for the walk-in interview at 9:00 am at SWO, CGS Colony, Satellite Town, Quetta: 26 November 2026 (Instructor, Driver) or 27 November 2026 (Chowkidar, Farash). NJP shows an online deadline of 17 November 2026.
Important: this is two steps: (1) online application on NJP within 15 days (the ad says “direct application shall not be entertained”), and (2) walk-in interview only if shortlisted. There is no written test and no TA/DA. Do not just turn up on the walk-in day without applying on NJP.

We read every row of the advertisement. Qualification text is as printed.
| # | Post | BPS | Seats | Age (as printed) | Qualification / experience | Walk-in date |
| 1 | Instructor | 11 | 1 | 18–25 years (+5 general relaxation +5 Balochistan) | Intermediate with shorthand / typing speed of 80/30 w.p.m.; 3 years’ experience as typist | 26.11.2026 |

| Total | 7 |
All four rows are marked “Balochistan Quota”. The 10% women and 5% minorities quotas (point 7) are mentioned in the terms, but the ad does not say how they are split among only 7 posts.
Age Limits Explained: Ad vs NJP
The ad prints a base age plus 5 years general relaxation plus 5 years extra for Balochistan candidates. Adding the printed numbers gives the maximum below. NJP shows lower numbers, which look like the base age plus only the 5 general years:
| Post | Ad: base age | Ad: base + 5 + 5 | NJP “Max age” |
| Instructor | 25 | 35 | 30 |
| Driver | 30 | 40 | 35 |
| Chowkidar | 25 | 35 | 30 |
| Farash | 25 | 35 | 30 |
Not confirmed: the ad also does not say on which date age is counted. NJP’s lower figures may simply leave out the extra Balochistan relaxation. If you are near the limit, phone SWO (051-9244564) before you apply. You can check your age with the Educativz age calculator for govt jobs.
Dates: NJP Deadline and Walk-in Days
| What | Date |
| Advertisement in Express Tribune (Karachi, page 22) | 4 November 2026 (Wednesday) |
| Posted on NJP | 3 November 2026 |
| NJP application deadline (as shown on NJP) | 17 November 2026 (Tuesday) |
| Ad rule: online application within 15 days of publication | About 19 November 2026 if counted from 4 Nov (our estimate) |
| Walk-in: Instructor, Driver | 26 November 2026 (Thursday), 9:00 am |
| Walk-in: Chowkidar, Farash | 27 November 2026 (Friday), 9:00 am |
Use 17 November. The ad says “within fifteen days of publication” but prints no calendar date, and different papers may have printed it on different days. NJP’s own deadline (17 Nov) is the safe one. Do not wait for 19 November.
Which dates apply to which post? In the printed table the walk-in column is one merged block for Instructor and Driver (26.11.2026) and another merged block for Chowkidar and Farash (27.11.2026). We read it that way, which is what the layout shows, but confirm with SWO if you apply for more than one post.
NJP Check: All 4 Listings Found
On 4 November 2026 we searched the NJP “Balochistan Jobs” page for “Staff Welfare” and found exactly four live listings, all posted 3 Nov 2026, deadline 17 Nov 2026, all “Balochistan Domicile Required”. We did not log in or apply.
| Post | NJP job page | BPS | Slots | NJP experience | NJP max age | Job type |
| Instructor | njp.gov.pk/jobs/10442 | 11 | 1 | 3 years | 30 | Regular |
| Driver | njp.gov.pk/jobs/10444 | 04 | 2 | Fresh | 35 | Regular |
| Chowkidar | njp.gov.pk/jobs/10445 | 01 | 3 | Fresh | 30 | Regular |
| Farash | njp.gov.pk/jobs/10446 | 01 | 1 | Fresh | 30 | Regular |
NJP’s slot counts (1, 2, 3, 1) match the newspaper ad. NJP lists the job type as “Regular”; the ad does not state it. NJP’s Instructor page repeats the ad text (Intermediate with 80/30 w.p.m. shorthand / typing, 3 years’ typist experience) and says “Federal Age Relaxation Rules Applied”. NJP help: 051-9265411, 051-9265062 (Mon–Fri, 8:30 am–4:30 pm), info@njp.gov.pk.
How to Apply: NJP + Walk-in, Step by Step
You need a Balochistan domicile, the right education (Primary for Driver, Chowkidar, Farash; Intermediate + typing 80/30 + 3 years for Instructor) and to be within the age limit. Government employees need a NOC and must apply through proper channel.
Go to njp.gov.pk, sign in or create your NJP account, and complete your profile (CNIC, domicile, education, experience). NJP’s job pages show “Login to Apply”, so an account is needed.
Open Balochistan Jobs and search “Staff Welfare”, or open the four job pages above directly.
Click “Apply” on the post that fits you. Apply early: do not wait for the last day. Keep a screenshot or the application number.
Only shortlisted candidates are allowed for the walk-in interview. The ad does not say how shortlisted candidates are informed, so keep your NJP phone and email active and call SWO if nothing arrives.
Report at 9:00 am to Staff Welfare Organization, CGS Colony, Satellite Town, Quetta on 26.11.2026 (Instructor, Driver) or 27.11.2026 (Chowkidar, Farash). No TA/DA is paid.
