Fees and Money: What the Ad Prints and What It Does Not
| Item | As printed |
| Processing fee (IEAP Local) | Rs 2,500, non-refundable, challan paid at MCB |
| Processing fee (overseas) | US$ 100 by online transfer (receipt required; confirm the wording) |
| Demand draft for IEAP | Rs 100,000 DD / banker’s cheque in the name of Director PAQSIIMS, Gambat (confirm the amount on the website) |
| Remaining amount | The ad says the remaining amount for IEAP Local categories will be charged after confirmation of admission |
| Total tuition / self-finance fee | Not printed. Open the fee notices on gims.edu.pk before you decide |
Older fee figures that appear elsewhere on the internet belong to earlier sessions. Do not rely on them for 2026-27.
Who Should Apply
- FSc Pre-Medical students with 60%+ who hold domicile of one of the 23 tagged Sindh districts and an IBA-Sukkur MDCAT score of 55%+ and can afford the self-finance route
- Overseas Pakistani families whose child studied intermediate (or equivalent) with Chemistry and Biology, has an IBCC equivalence certificate and meets the MDCAT / SAT-II / MCAT rule
Probably not a fit: candidates without a tagged-district domicile (for the IEAP Local category), those with MDCAT below 55%, or families who cannot manage the large self-finance payments.
What the Advertisement Does NOT Print
| Item | Status |
| Number of IEAP Local / overseas seats | Not printed |

Karna / Nahi Karna

| Download the form and challan only from www.gims.edu.pk | Don’t trust unofficial pages for the form or the fee |
| Send the file by courier well before 18 Nov 2026 and keep the receipt | Don’t go to Gambat to submit by hand: it will not be accepted |
| Write “MBBS CATEGORY (SELF FINANCE or OVERSEAS PAKISTANIS)” on the envelope and file cover | Don’t leave the marking out or send the form late |
| Check your MDCAT (IBA-Sukkur) score is 55%+ and from 2026, 2025 or 2024 | Don’t apply with an MDCAT below 55% or from another year |
| Confirm your domicile district is on the tagged list | Don’t assume every Sindh district qualifies |
| Call 0243-720908 or email admissions@gims.edu.pk for the fee and any unclear point | Don’t pay money to an “agent”; pay only the printed challan / DD in the college’s name |
