About LN-SDLS
The ad says LN-SDLS is one of the leaders in training highly skilled laboratory technologists since 1991 and that it has been serving medical technology and clinical laboratory science for 35 years. According to the official LN-SDLS page, the school began in 1991 as a 2-year training programme run by Liaquat National Hospital, and by 2006 it had grown into a 4-year degree programme (BS Medical Technology in Clinical Laboratory Sciences) affiliated with the University of Karachi. Pre-medical Intermediate or A-Level with at least 50%, age 17–22, passing year 2023–2026 (official page). Have your mark sheet and CNIC/B-Form copies ready.
Forms are issued from the Cash Counter (Administration Block C) at Liaquat National Hospital from 2 November 2026. Pay Rs 3,000 and keep the receipt. The official FAQ says forms are given after payment of the form fee at the cash counter in the administration block.
Complete every column and attach the documents the form asks for. The ad does not list the documents, so read the form instructions.
Hand over the form at the admission office next to Biochemistry Laboratory Service, 1st floor, main laboratory. The ad does not mention postal or online submission.
Revise Intermediate pre-medical subjects (biology, chemistry, physics, English). Subject weightage is not published; this is general preparation advice, not an official syllabus.

Those pages are generic listings and may refer to other programmes. The ad printed in Daily Jang and the official LN-SDLS page both say 25 November 2026 for BS-MLT, so follow that, and submit earlier if you can.
One more detail from the official page: it says the programme will be titled BS-Medical Laboratory Technology “from batches admitted 2027 onwards”, while the ad already uses that title for this admission round. Whichever title is used, it is the same four-year University of Karachi programme.
