How to Apply

Eligible and interested candidates must apply online through the ETEA portal. No hard copy applications or standalone CVs will be accepted by hand or post at this stage.

Application Procedure

• Visit the official website of ETEA: www.etea.edu.pk
• Fill out the online application form accurately with personal, academic, and technical details.
• After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (containing token number, project code, and personal info) will be generated automatically.
• Take a printout of that generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through the Easypaisa app, an Easypaisa Agent kiosk, or at any branch of UBL Bank.
• Keep the original bank-stamped candidate copy of the deposit slip safely with yourself; do not share its details with anyone.
• Do not send any documents/testimonials to the ETEA office. Copies of certificates/documents will be collected by the appointing authority from screening test qualifiers during the scrutiny process.
• Availability of the online application form starts on 21 May, 2026.
• The last date for submission of online application forms is 10th June, 2026.
• Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips. Test Date, Time, and Venue details will be explicitly mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.

Terms and Conditions

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on submitted credentials. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority later.
2. All candidates are required to print an E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and get their CNIC number verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise kiosk. Without verification, they will be disqualified.
3. Candidates qualifying the screening test will be evaluated subsequently for relevance with the structural eligibility criteria.
4. Interview call letters will be issued strictly to short-listed candidates only.
5. Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Government rules and frameworks.
6. Candidates working in Government or Semi-Government bodies must apply through the proper channel.
7. Quota distribution: 10% Quota is reserved for Female Candidates, 2% for Disable Candidates, and 0.5% for Minorities.
8. The hiring process is carried out in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Civil Servants Initial Recruitment Rules, 2026.
9. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview phases.
10. In case of holding foreign degrees, equivalent certificates from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided.
