How to Apply on the Punjab Job Portal: Step by Step
The ad says detailed eligibility criteria, job descriptions and terms of reference are on the Punjab Job Portal (jobs.punjab.gov.pk), and that applications must be submitted online through the prescribed portal. We opened the public portal on 4 November 2026 (we did not log in or apply) and read its register form. The portal lists PEIMA in its organization list, but the PEIMA posts were not visible without logging in.
Open jobs.punjab.gov.pk (the only portal named in the ad) and read the job description and terms of reference for your post. The ad tells applicants to review the eligibility criteria carefully before applying.
Click Register and enter a working email, a password and the captcha. If you already have an account from an earlier Punjab job application, log in. Verify your email if asked.
Use PEIMA’s challan page (next section) for each post. Keep the paid slip or payment proof as a scan or photo.
Complete your profile and apply for the post. Upload your degrees, experience letters (post-qualification), CNIC, and the fee payment evidence. A government employee also needs an NOC.
Submit well before the deadline and keep a screenshot or PDF of the submitted application. Do not send anything by courier, email or hand: those are not accepted.

Rs 3,000 Fee: How the PEIMA Challan Works
The ad says: “Applicants are required to deposit a non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 3,000/- against each post through https://peima.pesrp.edu.pk/user/generate_challan.” Payment evidence must be uploaded on the Job Portal at the time of submission.
From the page and its own code we could read this much (we did not submit anything):
- The form asks for licence type, slip type, applicant name, CNIC, district, tehsil, school code, school name, mobile, email, address and a case-sensitive security code.
- The slip types include “PEIMA Job Application Fee”, which the page’s code prices at Rs 3,000, the same as the ad.
- The page code shows a validity of 1 day for that slip type. Generate the slip when you are ready to pay, and pay it promptly.
- The form is a general PEIMA form (it has school fields). We could not confirm which fields job applicants must fill, or which bank or channel accepts payment. Phone PEIMA on +92 42 99232040 if the form is unclear.
Warning: pay only through the slip generated on the official PEIMA page named in the ad. Never send Rs 3,000 (or any amount) by Easypaisa, JazzCash or to a person who promises a seat.
Conditions From the Ad (General Instructions)
- Candidates meeting the criteria must apply online through the prescribed portal on or before 20 November 2026. Courier, email or by-hand applications will not be entertained.
