- Strong leadership, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and knowledge of environmental regulations and HSE practices.
2. Manual Sweeping Contractors — Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Matric qualification with 3-5 years of experience in sanitation or manpower management.
- Proven ability to recruit, deploy, and manage 200+ sanitary workers while ensuring operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, knowledge of waste management operations, and own transportation for manpower deployment will be preferred.
3. Field Supervisors — Eligibility Criteria
- Intermediate or higher qualification with 2-3 years of supervisory experience in sanitation or municipal services.
- Ability to supervise field staff, monitor attendance, resolve complaints, and maintain operational reports.
- Physically fit with good communication skills; candidates with a valid motorcycle license and own transport will be preferred.
4. Door-to-Door Collection Supervisors — Eligibility Criteria
- Intermediate or higher qualification with 2+ years of experience in door-to-door waste collection or municipal sanitation.
- Experience in supervising collection teams, route monitoring, and maintaining daily operational records.
- Good public dealing skills with preference given to candidates possessing a valid motorcycle license and own transportation.
